Hello, and thank you for connecting!

I have a passion for and desire to get your workplace optimized.

My approach as a organizational strategist in arenas including higher education and non-profits is to provide my clients with the most comprehensive and personalized attention possible. I can work with the smallest of teams, and the largest of crowds when it comes to setting a tone and gaining traction toward meeting goals and objectives.

To see me in action, check out my SA Speaks talk entitled "The Shawshank Effect", which I had the honor to give at the NASPA 2017 National Conference. Or, click on my Vimeo link below for my video content page.

My current menu of #deveauprotip Webinars is available here. Registering for one (or more) of my webinars, is a great way to begin engaging with me and my style.

I cannot wait to work with you to make your organization a fabulous one!

Sara Sheckells, Sara is Your Storyteller
Laura is the kind of senior administrator that any college or university should have on their staff, because her influence will be felt along students and staff alike."
Dr. Joseph Rios
Laura came to our campus and facilitated one of the best staff training sessions we have hosted for our team. She allowed us to do a deep dive into the issues impacting our team, and provided tangible takeaways that have helped us to make great progress towards our goals. She is a seasoned professional who can absolutely and positively influence institutional change. Laura's use of humor gets the crowd to buy-in, and her story-telling allows for deep thought and reflection."
